I decided to not go as heavy today as I planned. My core was tired from squatting and I need to adjust to pulling after squatting again.

Tonight was good. No pain and I enjoyed the night. My plan is to go slow and amp up a little bit by bit. I'm strongly considering going 531 for this day. It's simple and I did manage to squat 765 with wraps and pull 755 raw with it. If anything the 8 rep sets in the beginning will destroy......
