This whole summer I've tried to move as much as possible. Biking, kayaking, walking even during training I tried to be more "athletic."

This day I hit the ice cold mad river and rowed 5 miles, I didn't try to make it a workout or a training day, just unwind and be outside.

Reducing stress is something I have to get better at, although it rained most the time I enjoyed myself and didn't die.
