Started off going for a max of 3 reps. Started feeling good and we all know as veteran lifter to take full advantage of these "days". You never know when the next good day will be.

- DB press 75x3x10
- Pull UPS 4x10
- DB lateral raises 3x15
- Cable tricep extensions 6x12
- Rope face pulls 3x20
