I haven't fully recovered from being sick, but the fact that I haven't trained in the last week, I felt like my muscles were deteriorating by the minute. My appetite was non-existent, eating 1-2 meals a day and all I wanted to do was sleep. I figured forcing myself despite how I'm feeling will make my ego feel better.
