Felt great going in to tonight's training session after a few days off or light workouts after being sick. Had a pretty good training crew tonight as well, which always helps. Adam who I've been training with for the past 5 years and is the best liftoff man in the game, Justin Straight who started training at The Strength Lab as a college athlete and has since graduated college and graduated to the Powerlifting crew, and for a nice surprise Preslee, who is one of my all time favorite high school athletes to train here. At 18 years old and 120 lbs she benches 145, without really training for a 1rm bench.

Great workout in the books. I need to decide what meet I want to do next and start training for it.
