I totally wasn't planning on training tonight but our son came home to train with us and he wanted to train with me. I think he still gets amazed at how strong his Momma is ! I wasn't feeling like training I had a long busy week and had already trained alot this week. I knew I had a busy Saturday with our Kettlebell workshop in Ottawa so I did what I could do to train and then we just trained Austin !

Everything felt heavy tonight, my shoulder felt ok but was out of position, my body feels beat up and in need of a serious Ken Kinakin treatment.
On a brighter note Ken and I got Austin to a P.R. squat to a box and got his knees in the right position. The belt squat machine is a perfect training tool to teach someone how to squat properly before they even get under the bar.
I predict Austin's legs are going to be very sore come Sunday.
