Wednesday I benched 325 for 4x2 and did 3x20 on belt squat followed by some light band work to get my muscles pumped up.
Today I'll roll out and try to loosen up. Not a whole lot of blood flow activities.

Squat 700-750-800
Bench 550-600-650
Deadlift 700-750-800
