-Just trying some different tricep work. The goal here was to maintain elbow position and keep tension on the triceps.

Pull ups 3x10

Single arm KB rows 4x10

Banded rear delts 2x25

Standing single arm OH KB press

I saw Chris Duffin doing these, probably with 100# KB's, but I thought I would try them and start out light and easy. I liked how they felt on my shoulders (I don't do any OH pressing) and they forced me stabilize myself.
