Although I had an 'aha!' moment with my squat. I fixed my anterior pelvic tilt and my shift to the right. But I was still on my toes when I was in the hole with some squats- namely my second and third attempts from last meet.
Something clicked on sets 4 and 5 today. I was doing a good job of opening my groin up but I was sitting down, leaving my on my toes. So I naturally found that balance point where I opened my hips up, sat down, and drifted back. I know that is a lot of mumbo jumbo but it makes sense to me. I could probably do a video to demonstrate better. But I'll leave it as this for now.
