So, I am not a fan of front squat's, I do not have good shoulder mobility to hold a bar in THE "front squat position" nor do I do a good job of keeping my arms "elbows up". Today during my WARMUP sets I was able to get the bar smashed into my neck and on rep to felt light headed, I decided to try and go for rep three. Apparently the blood was cut off enough to my head that I got wobbly and did not make both side's of the bar into he rack, I will describe this scenario the best I can. I want you to imagine the feeling you get when your hand or fingers go to sleep, now take that and magnify it and pace it over your whole body. I heard my training partner freaking out and trying to tell me what to do and I could not comply to anything. One end of the bar made the monolif hook and one did not so my training partner was holding and leaning on the bar so it would not flip as the other side slide down my opposing arm. I felt almost nothing during this whole time and was just sitting there with a feeling of no control, lol.

Moving on, the rest of training was brutal with all the volume, my quads are WRECKED and will be probably till Monday.
