While this is the first in four log's catching everyone up on what I am doing the general layout of this week is a little more laid back. Last week my coach used me pretty hard taking a 2RM squat and a 4RM deadlift. My accessory movement's barely change so these log's will just be an update on my main movement and how I felt doing them.

Exercise Prescription: Front Squat, Low Box, 4x4: 315 Audible called and used the Duffalo Bar so it would decrease the chances of me passing the F out, lol.
