On Thursday I went to the local place for some general upper body stuff. There really wasn't much to it, as my training is almost completely done, but I did it, so I guess I should include it, lol.
Mostly stayed on machines, and worked in the 12-15 rep range.
Hit 4 sets of the Hammer Strength high row
Face pulls
Triceps pushdowns
Shoulder raises
Not including the weights only because I paid zero attention to it. This day was more for recovery than anything else, so I just trained until I had a good pump going and that was it.
