I'm at a really great spot nutrition wise right now. My calories are still really high for me and I'm still seeing significant body composition changes. The scale dropped a bit this week, hitting a new low of 137 lbs, but I seem to be averaging closer to 138 lbs. I really wasn't expecting to drop so quickly on my current caloric intake, but I'm not complaining.

So I'm already at my goal weight... now what?

I'm still not as lean as I would like to be and I want to be in a caloric surplus going into my next meet, so I'm going to drop to 135ish, then increase my calories.
The idea of being 135lbs kinda scares me strength wise, I wont lie, but I'm also game to see how much stronger I can be carrying more muscle around at 138.
