Keep your variations high to build a bigger bench and avoid making bad habits. Use your stabilizers and last. Try doing max reps with dumbbells instead of barbells for a week of two.

Today's training sessions was done from and anger and self doubt. My day went from great to bad very quickly. Beginning of today,  I got to wake up early then took a nap. Studied for a few hours. Went to start the new car. DEAD. Really dead ended up needing a new battery and starter. BAD had to cancel clients with barely working cell phone. Not receiving text can't call out. Now I'm about 4 hours behind schedule. Finally was able to get to the gym with another car. And it resulted in pure anger and doubt.  Stayed up late to study and the only way to make it to campus at all was at 7am. Text wasn't till11. Sleep deprived, almost phone less and carless.
