Training

SO, after last training session struggle bus increase the volume by 5 reps per set was the ticket. Dont get me wrong it still whooped us but everyone was able to make it through. 

 

Coaching

Know your needs, know the needs of the people you are helping and training. If you cannot come up with a logical solution you need to reach out to someone and ask for help, get some ideas, or find a book regarding the topic you are struggling with. This is the only reason I have a job, to aid people in progressing what they do not know or are not comfortable doing themselves, YET.
