Training

So, last week this day wrecked my body for 3 days after, it made Monday's workout of this week miserable. That is not included in the misery of the poor set and rep choice I made prior to the switch. This day did not get any easier this week either, which kind of irritated me. SSB squats still wrecked my upper back, Amerian cambered bar Still destroyed my soul, and deadlifting was worse on my grip and forearms than it ever has been WITH straps on. Everyone was smoked by the end of this torturous 21 total minutes of holds and 126 total movement reps. Even though the movements were the same I had a different kind of fatigue from the week as i've been very conscious of movement and activation. This resulted in these conditioning movements fatiguing the same muscle groups but in a much different way.

Coaching

These workouts are not for strength, the purposes here is to work on technique while building up the GPP needed to handle the rest of the program. I will say after putting these all on one day the rest of the program is looking like it is to help us handle this day, lol.
