I was so frigging excited to train tonight then I got really nervous so I  took a step back and said slow down girl, Rome was not built in a day.

I did some really aggressive Physiotherapy tonight, I need to get my overhead ROM up to snuff.

Pushups against the wall 3 sets of 20

Overhead Band Pull aparts

Band Face Pulls

Bench Press with P/C pipe and 10 lb ankle weights, just feeling the motion again, making sure I have no pain and getting my ROM back. Feeling the tightness again and trying to remember how to bench Felt good for 3 sets of 20

Lat Pull Downs 3 sets of 10 (felt good)

Kettlebell Alternating Swings 8 Kg (felt good)

Kettlebell swing squats 30 sec x 4 sets

Kettlebell compounds 2 mins

Kettlebell highpulls really light 5-10 lbs with my right arm

Kettlebell Presses (no press strength yet and a bit of pain on this)

Kettlebell Sumo Deadlifts 20 reps

All this coupled with my physio and a really good stretch after, I spent a good couple hours working on everything, I was really nervous, pain is my enemy and I don't want anymore pain. I am really looking forward to getting on a steady training program.
