I made a last minute decision to wear part of my halloween costume to train since I'd have to wear it the rest of the day anyways. Turns out squatting in a mask is no problem at all.
I'm having some trouble with being too upright in my squat when I use wraps. Steve and I are working on getting me back to a more neutral spine, which means I need to get back to setting my neck better, not look up, and be more patient with the wraps. The weight was light enough to get away with it today, but changes need to be made.
