I’m currently in off season mode working on bringing up certain qualities and weaknesses I noticed from the IPA Grand Prix Nationals. This training will be laying the ground for my training cycle into the 2016 XPC Finals.

Wednesday was more light work for some blood flow. A really quick, simple session, but a really good leg pump and I was out. I opted to not get this session in a work, as I was there a good deal of the day and I just wanted a change of scenery. With school out for the semester, there is basically no one there anyways. Feeling great, but one more session and then a deload is coming my way.
