Took the heaviest bench of my training cycle tonight. After 15-20 minutes of warmup and getting some blood flowing I was feeling pretty good. We had a great crew and environment tonight at The Strength Lab. Adam, who is doing the same meet at Rivercity Barbell on September 16 hit a PR of 370, and Josh, who lifts at 165 hit a PR of 365 lbs really easily.
