Bench has been going steady. No better, no worse. Ok, sometimes worse, like today. Elbows were flaring and I wasn't keeping tight. For some reason my training pattern always goes as follow:
Bench goes up, squats and deads stay the same.
Squats and deads go up, bench stays the same.
165lbs x 1
185lbs (stapled)
