Went back down to 165lbs and it was a grinder
Got pretty frustrated because 175 felt like a ton of bricks. Threw on the slingshot to punish myself for max reps with 165 - 11 reps
Overhead push press 4 x 4 (each set increasing weight) - keeping it fairly light
Overhead tricep extensions 3 x 20
Uni-cable push downs 3 x 10
