Bench against 80lbs of chains 4 x 3 - changing my form has made such a difference- switching to Oly shoes has been a game changer; setting up with my feet flat helps me drive the bar back, rather than up. I was constantly worried if my butt was coming off the bench. It's the little things that give you confidence. 8 weeks out.
