When your so tired your nauseated and dizzy, why not put heavy dumbbells above your head???? Not sure what I was thinking but I felt strong. When your having a good day you just keep going. Don't question it. Move forward.
DB press - 100lb press for 6 reps and had more in the tank
- Tricep extensions 4 sets
- Db lateral raises 4 sets
- Pull UPS 40 total
- Cable chest fly's 4 sets
- Reverse cable fly's 4 sets
