Heavy DB presses, went well!

Worked up to 75lbs for 10, fairly easy and even for the amount of pain I still have in my left shoulder.

Drop set of 30 reps with 35lbs.

Finish uppers

  1. t-bar row
  2. Wide lat pull downs
  3. Cable triceps push downs
  4. Cable rear delt pull aparts
  5. Cable bicep curls
  6. Seated weighted crunches
