Heavy DB presses, went well!
Worked up to 75lbs for 10, fairly easy and even for the amount of pain I still have in my left shoulder.
Drop set of 30 reps with 35lbs.

- t-bar row
- Wide lat pull downs
- Cable triceps push downs
- Cable rear delt pull aparts
- Cable bicep curls
- Seated weighted crunches
