Oh the joy of heavy deadlifts!

I am trying to get used to grinding through a deadlift. I am the type of person who can't pull through even the most slight round in my back. I am trying to learn to trust my body and know how much discomfort is OK, and when to back off.  I am also learning to be patient and to keep pulling and dragging up my legs even when the bar is moving slow.

This was not my prettiest, or fastest 315 pull, but I did not hitch! If you watch closely, you can see the moment I black out at the very end of the lift. Unfortunately my camera man stopped taping just before I fell to the ground.
