We're starting to get a pretty good crew together here at The Strength Lab. Last night for our max effort squats we had 7 guys train. It's nice having a crew around since three of us are competing in September in an RPS Meet at Rivercity Barbell.

The last squat was high and I was a little shaky on the way down but it cam up really easily. These super heavy wraps are no joke. Once I get closer to the meet I will use them more consistently and plan to hit a nice squat PR in them.

Speed Deadlift.

I pulled against an elitefts strong band and average band per side. The last few inches of the pull were pretty tough and it definitely added a lot at the top. But, as I mentioned before I really like pulling vs heavy band tension.
