I've mentioned it before, but I am training with a new group since I've moved back to Northeast Ohio. I'm training with old school westside barbell lifter Angelo Berardenelli. So, far he's proven to be a great coach and it's a pretty good group. So, I'm excited to see what progress I can make.

We've tweaked a couple things on bench and still have a ways to go, but I worked up to 411 lbs (kilo plates) for a very easy paused single. I was extremely happy with how it moved. I'm working on tucking my elbows more and pulling them into my lats. It's something I used to be a lot better at and I'm not really sure how I got away from it.

My best bench is only 430. So, hitting 411 that easily was a good feeling.

Accessory work:
EZ bar skull crushers 5x15 - These kill my elbows, probably a sign I need to do more of them. That's the best thing about training with other people- it forces you out of your comfort zone.
