I've been adding a little volume in my training the last few weeks and I think its starting to pay off a little bit my bodyweight is up 4-5 lbs than normal, which is saying something for me. I've always had trouble gaining weight.

Bench Press: warmed up to 315 and then hit 5x8 at 315

- I was smoked from the 225 reps and had to drop weight. I was planning a 5th set but I knew I wasn't going to get close to 10.
