Higher rep benching

This week's training seems to be a whole lot of higher rep work (which I am actually getting used to).

I am really noticing a big change in my strength, I am able to do more reps with higher weights, and I leave almost every workout with more left in the tank. I am really hoping this pays off with my bench at Nationals. I have been unable to bench more than 190 lbs in a meet, which is especially frustrating. I feel like really good things are coming, and I have Goggins to thank for that.

Below is a video of my last set from this workout. I was able to get the first 5 reps in one breath. I stopped to take more air and tighten my lats.
