This additional day  was added 10 weeks out from the Arnold . I like it however my hands forearms have had negative results. Tendinitis for over 2 months isn't fun , right in my forearms and elbows. Any how it's just one thing. Add it to the no no list.

  2. pull up 8 triples
  3. power shrugs 4x10
  4. belt squat stiff dreads with kettle bell in hands 4x 20
  5. reverse hypers 4x30
  6. lying leg curl 4x15
