The tie-off at the top is both faster and easier to both wrap and take off, no fumbling around and getting stuck in the wraps, just a quick yank on either end of the wrap quickly unravels it.
In the video he uses the elitefts light wraps, but for heavier training, we use the patriots or metal orange wraps.
