Like I said, held my tounge cause I was not sure whats to come. I. AM. SO. SORE! Im dreading having to do legs tomorrw cause that is the added day. Nothing I could do would save my lats from the movements of this day. They were already fatigued so it made the pump and contraction that much easier to isolate.

 

Coaching

I am really starting to enjoy figuring out how to manipulate my body to aquire a specific muscle contraction. It is very interesting to notice the positions I cannot get the desired affect compared to gettign it and then loosing it. THESE are the phases that make me a better coach, I understand when people say, "I dont feel that" or "im not sure how to feel that". When I struggle through it, it allows me to come up with ways to apply it to others to understand.

*Straight arm pulldown, rope
*Wide lat pulldown
*Cable reverse flies
*modified* spider curls
*DB Curls
*Half kneeling cable rows
