Upper body pump days after cheat meals the night before are great!

Saturday training sessions usually give me a huge pump, my biceps were throbbing in discomfort for 30 min after I left the gym.

A1) DB Floor Press 3x8: 100
A2) DB/Barbell Chest Supported Row 3x20: 50
B1) Side Delt. Raise 80 reps: 10
B2) Triceps Extension 80 reps: 80-80-80
B3) Biceps Curls 80 reps: 20-15-15
