It has been close to a month since the initial injury on the hamstring (partial tear). Today we will test our progress after a nice long warm up with bands, a few rounds on the GHR and very strict warm up sets before I decide weather to do the prescribed working sets of 5x5 at 50%.
After yesterdays massage appointment it feels the best it has to date but this is also the time where it could still be damaged and patience is needed.
