So enjoy my morning struggle trying to make coffee in todays video. Thankfully the rest of my day did not end up like this. The paused front squats on the agenda today killed me. I got light headed on both sets, was definitely closer to passing out on set one because of bar position than my second set.

Duffalo bench was "easy" but frustrating as I am going to attempt changing foot position and setup in attempts to see if it offers any advantages for my poverty lift.
