Well, now I know why I never incline bench. It's hard and I'm terrible at it. But, with no meet planned for a while I'm goin work on everything I suck at (it's a long list but this is what I'll start with).
Warmup: 100 band pull aparts
Incline Bench Press: Worked up to max triple

275x3 - not very good, I know. Next week I work up to a max double, the following week a max single. Gotta start somewhere....
Accessory work:
DB Shoulder Press
75 lb dumbbells 1x15, 1x12, 1x10
Cable machine upright rows 3x 15
Neutral Grip pullups 3x10
On a positive note, I have a lot of room for improvement.
