Well that was interesting... First time training incline barbell press in over a year today, and I have decided that they are evil. Well, maybe not evil, I'm just not used to it.
My pecs were still very sore from Monday, so the extra range was pretty painful. I know in the long run these will pay off though. I'll do some extra work to keep my shoulders and pecs happy. I've got a few massages booked in and will be playing around with a few rehab exercises to get my shoulders moving better. If I have success with it I'll post in this log.
