I hosted a meet yesterday at my facility.  We had a great showing with around 75-85 attendees watching and 30 lifters from around the area and Midwest.  We had a lifter from KCity Mike M at 181lbs raw total over 1800lbs.  From my crew that I programmed for had a great day.  Kayla @mrskfitch is our 132lb lifter and had PR total at 915lbs. Chelsea @chelseylampros is our 148lb lifter had a 50lb PR total at 900lbs. Abby @abbeyyy17 is our 165lb lifter and had a PR total at 720lbs which is a 50lb total. Lauren @_midnightsun is our 181lb lifter and had a good showing coming back from a major injury totaling 545lbs. Ashley @ashleydeck was her first meet and totaled 720lbs. Kristin  @kewykoff just missed the 1000lb club at 308lbs totaling 995lbs. Aaron @amitchel1 had a great day setting PR's in every lift along with a big 1730lb total at 220lbs. Jim Dunn is our 198lb lifter and got another 60lb's on his total to get a 1560lb total. This crew busted their butts the last few months and the hard work has paid off.  Chelsea and Kayla have been to elitefts.com training facility with me after the Arnold this past year and are so close to becoming a dominant force at their weight class.  Really want to talk to Dave and see if they can become part of his team.  Ashley and Kristin are both ex D1 athletes and have an insane base already.  They are both a couple meets away from breaking out.  Aaron came to us about 3-4 months ago and had a huge day at raw 1731lbs 220lbs.  He could drop and make 198lbs.  We will work on his form a lot these next few months and up his total.  Jim is built for this sport. He had a huge day and is just getting into this.  Abby came to me months ago and was just soooo frustrated with herself.  We switched up a lot and she upped her total by 50lbs.  Lauren to me had the biggest day.  She broke her arm really bad and coming back into powerlifting wasn't clear or not.  She gained some confidence and should do better every meet now.   One of my favorite lifters I had to let go ended up lifting at the meet.  I told her when I let her go if she didn't total 1000lb it would be a travesty.  She bumped up a class and was bigger and healthy than she has been for her last two meets.  I feel that I can help lifters/athletes more than anyone in outer area.  I have been trained under some of the best in the industry.  I cam only help lifters/athletes that "are all in".  My biggest theme as I have said previous is "LOYALTY".

I was struggling at the meet.  Watching the lifters get after it made me even more eager to get back to it.  The recovery process is killing me.  I plan on going to GPC Worlds in Vegas in sept but to only coach.  There is a money meet in October that I will train for and only do if my health is there.  If not will as planned wait for the Arnold in 16'.
