I am not sure what is more frustrating, breaking in a new suit. Dealing with a bummed knee or trying to change everything about the way you pull. Whatever it is that has been ailing me, I found my groove last night.

I was told "you are overthinking things" and Clint Darden was right. I don't have time for overthinking so last night I just pulled. I trusted my strength, my suit and my brain.

I am 4.5 weeks out from the Main Stage Expo at the Arnold's and I am now finally excited about it. Dr. Ken Kinakin gave me a great pair of knee sleeves to try. My knees felt tight and strong with no pain.

SUITED DEADLIFTS

306 LBS X 2

346 LBS X 1/1

396 LBS X 1

416 LBS X 1

436 LBS X 1 (This was not my max for tonight but I stopped here. I wanted some confidence and I got it)

REVERSE HYPER PULL THROUGHS

210 LBS X 10/10/10/8

I am limiting my assistance work right now. I do not want to aggravate my knee.

I am very fortunate to have such an amazing crew in my pit. Dr's who care, coaches who reach out from half way around the world to offer advice. A hubby who week after week helps me in my suit and loads and unloads my weights.

Thank you to all who help me day after day. I hope to represent team Elitefts on the main stage with pride and confidence.
