Just some plain old straight weight benching. As I stated in my other log earlier my back is against the wall, and I'm just hoping for a punchers chance.
So I'm starting to work up each week with a single and pound the fuck out of the accessory work, hoping I can't get my shit together in enough time to be competitive.

I've been using the elitefts red shoulder saver pad
I do between 275- 315 all depending on how I feel today was 315 for two sets of 15
shoulders, triceps, biceps, etc. etc.
