2 Min figure 8 holds with squat
2 Min Heavy Jerks and Heavy Holds
1 Min swinging side rows superset with highpulls
1 Min double bell squat & reverse lunge
1 Min Pushups, Triceps, deadlifts
1 Min Bent over rows
A great session the ladies worked hard, then we convinced Ken to do a min set for his birthday of the double clean and jerk for relay training. He didn't even break a sweat, too funny !
