I was so happy to be back under the bells tonight. I was even able to squat with no knee pain, extra bonus. Even though my chest was still weazing I was able to sweat it out and get under some good bell time. Thanks to Bethany and Shannon for calling it out so I could focus on breathing which was the hardest part of the entire session.
Full body work tonight, compounds and chains are the best. They are fun, effective muscle confusion.

What a fun session, I was sweating like a rented mule. I was so happy to be able to get under the bells again and I actually was squatting below depth and with no knee pain. I go to the surgeon tomorrow to talk about my knee but for now I think rest has done it some wonders.
