UPPER TRAINING FINISHERS

Pushup On Bells x 5 /Renegade Rows/ x 5 each arm

Repeat sequence as many times as you can

Double Bell Swinging Side Rows 30 Seconds/Highpulls 30 seconds

Double Swing/Snatch Combo 1 minute

Repeat sequence as many times as you can

LOWER TRAINING FINISHERS

Drop Squat 30 Seconds/Swing Squat 30 seconds

Double Bell Racked Squat Into reverse Lunge 2 Minute

Straight Legged Deadlifts 2 Minutes

Repeat sequence as many times as you can
