Tonights training was a full body pump. Lots of sweat going on and a new client interested in seeing what kettlebells can do for her.

At the onset her first thoughts were just to watch tonight but decided to give it a try. It is difficult to teach a brand new person in a class environment but lucky for me Shannon was here so she handled the class while I taught Cheryl the in's and out's and basic movements. One hour later, we have her hooked, she loved it and appears to be a natural already.

With Kettlebells you either get it or you don't. There are some in betweens but if you don't understand why you are doing something a certain way then you probably will never be able to get the moves down properly. Technique Technique Technique is what it's all about.

5 Mins Joint Mobility

3 Min sets of the following:

Swings (variation 2 arm, alternating, 1 arm)

Figure 8 Holds With Squat

Swing Squats/Drop Squat/Your choice squat

Swing/Catch/Squat

4 Min set clean & press/push press

1 Min Double Swinging Side Rows Super Set with double swings x 2 rounds

1 Min Double Swinging Side Rows Super Set with double highpulls x 2 rounds

Double Compounds

5 Swings/5 Highpulls/ 5 Cleans/ 5 Presses/ 5 Squats x 2 rounds

7 Swings/ 7 Highpulls/ 7 Cleans/ 7 Presses/ 5 Squats

3 Min circuit 5 pushups on bells/5 triceps/ 5 deadlift suitcase

3 Min circuit triceps/bicep curls/planks

6 Min set Snatch ladder Finisher

6/6 7/7 8/8 9/9 10/10 9/9 8/8 7/7 6/6
