I had an extensive session of physiotherapy before the team arrived.

Compounds x 7 reps 3 Min 30 Sec set

Squat Combo

30 Sec Drop Squat / 30 Sec sumo / 30 Sec Swing Squat

Swing Combo Leg In and out Circuit 2 Mins

Swing / Snatch or Swing/ Highpull Combo 2 Mins

Sport Set Snatches or Clean & Jerk 2 Mins

Chains x 2 Mins Swing/Highpull/Clean/Press/Squat

Bent Over Rows 3 sets of 10/10

Wow what a session, I had sweat dripping from pours I never knew I had, it felt so good to be able to complete the entire hour session after my physio. I will be working hard on my conditioning over the next few months, as will my team.
