Today registration opened for the Agatsu kettlebell competition, lots of hype tonight with training and I could tell with the Team they are serious, they cranked out the reps and went with some heavier bell training. Lots of technique training tonight, we have new members and some that have been training for a few years, such a great diversity of athlete's. I love coaching this sport, there is no end to training, keeping it fun and effective. It was nice having Ken home tonight helping coach, it's always good to have another perspective on technique and different queue's !
