2 Weeks from this Saturday the Outlaws take the platforms, tonight we did another 10 min test set, it not only tests your endurance but it tests your mental ability to fight through the fatigue and pain. Kettlebell sport is no joke, 10 mins with a one hand switch is no joke. Kudos to everyone who has ever competed in Kettlebell Sport. If you haven't I challenge you to try. Here is tonight's training.

2 Min Warm up Sport Set (Clean & Jerk or Snatches)

Squat Sequence 2 Mins

30 Sec Drop Squat/ 30 Sec Sumo Squat/ 30 Sec Swing Squat

1 Min Swing Squat

1 Min Highpulls

1 Min Goodmornings

1 Min Grip & Forearm Strength (Suitcase Deadlifts & Holds)

5 Pushups on Bells, Pull Throughs, Triceps x 2 rounds

Tonight there seemed to be a lot of aches and pains so we stretched for a bit at the end, I really encourage my team to stretch, seek acupuncture, AMT, foam roll and to take care of their bodies. People should not have unnecessary pain. I can lead a horse to water but I can't make them drink it !
