Kettlebell sport training requires lots of dedication to technique and stamina. We will train long sets, sometimes shorter sprint sets and sometimes shorter heavier sets for strength. This close to a competition we are making sure we are on target for our goals, getting the numbers required and tonight the girls all surpassed their goals so I think it's safe to say they are ready ! Bring on the platforms !
