A few other metabolic conditioning moves and the team was cooked, lots of sweat tonight and not a ton of rest. Great P.R. for our token Male Tom Hayes tonight, he completed his 1st 10 min set with a one arm switch, great job Tom. His previous best was 8 mins, it's amazing when training in a team environment how much you thrive off each other and help motivate each other.
